While celiac disease is on the rise in the United States, the demand for gluten free products is not being met. This is a large concern for us and we have spent endless time researching, creating recipes, and ensuring quality gluten free products in an attempt to try to fill this demand. Hananel Bakery guarantees that each gluten free product has not been cross contaminated and obtains their ingredients from only companies that have this guarantee as well. Please note that these products are soy free, gum free, and potato free.

Each product can easily be made sugar free or vegan for those who diets do not include sugar or diary products. Our selection in the store is currently limited. However, just let us know your dietary needs upon special ordering and we guarantee that your needs will be met with quality products that are filled with flavor.
