Who We Are
Hand of God Ministries is a multi-cultural & international fellowship of Believers that are joining forces to usher change in our city, state, country and world!

Charge from the Lord
The Lord gave us the charge to start a ministry in the downtown sector. Our part in the rebuilding of our city is to fulfill Isaiah 62:10, which speaks of "storming the gates,” and “prepare the way of the people”. Our measure of Grace from the Lord is to man the Gate of our city, and take kingdom authority to what comes in to it. We believe as we obey this mandate, that a standard of righteousness, wealth, peace and prosperity will be experienced within this region.

Purpose
To disseminate the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the Word of God, conformed to the image of Jesus Christ; (Mark 16: 15-16, Isaiah 6:8, Acts 13:47-49, II Corinthians 5:20) to regularly assemble for fellowship, to worship God in Spirit and in Truth (Hebrews 10:25) and to cooperate in the building up of the whole body of Christ. (Ephesians 2:19-22)

Our ministry purpose is to also provide basic Bible discipleship to all who avail themselves to Christian fundamental and biblical truths. (Acts 6:7, 11:26, 14:20-23) To establish, maintain and to provide a safe place; free of abuse, neglect and manipulation for public worship and prayer in accordance with the directions of the Holy Spirit (I Kings 8:28-29, Psalms 96:9, 122:1; I Corinthians 5:4); to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ through the preaching and teaching of the Bible to bring the unsaved to Christ (Romans 1:15-16, I Thessalonians 5:9, II Thessalonians 2:13, II Timothy 3:15), and to build up the saved in Christian grace and living. (Ephesians 4:11-16, Hebrews 3:1-4, I Corinthians 3:9-15) Pursuant thereto, the following activities and guidelines shall be established:

To create and establish a community mentoring program for at-risk college-aged adults that will address educational, employment, entrepreneurial, housing and life skills needs. To establish and maintain an educational center and not for pecuniary gain; but for the establishment, maintenance and support of professional services for low-income youth and their families in the Genesee County community (P.A.P.A.S. – Pick a Place and Start) at which both needy and paying students shall be received. (Psalms 40: 9-10, John 14:26, I Peter 4:6, II Timothy 2:2, 24-25, I Corinthians 14:12)

Vision
Hand of God Ministries is a Church composed of a body of believers to be a soul-saving station and outreach center to the world. (Isaiah 62; Mark 16:15-16, Hebrews 10:25, Romans 10:13) As individual believers, this ministry will be an epic center of change for the downtown Flint area and into the world to be faithful to the soul winning & life transforming vision that the Lord has given us. (Acts 1:8, Matthew 28:18-20)

Reaching out to diverse groups for soul-winning & transforming lives (in business professionals, educators, politicians, community leaders and corporate giants) we will target, pursue, and have dominion of the shifting culture growing within Downtown Flint, surrounding areas, statewide and then into the uttermost parts of the World. We will take authority, by the Holy Spirit of God, the Gates to our city, and change its very character. Flint Michigan will be named, Sought Out; A City not forsaken. (Isa. 62) Our conviction is that in exalting the scriptures, we are exalting Jesus Christ who is the Living Word
