Shop Policies
ORDERING
Although once in a while I do have items that are marked READY TO SHIP, most of the time you will be getting an item that is made just for you. The best way to place a custom order is by using the link to the order form. This way I will get an email that you have placed and order and your name and information will automatically be put into my work list with a time stamp with all of your sizing and fabric information. Feel free to ask questions in messages or comments but please use the order form when you are ready to place the order. This also helps me keep all of my orders in one place, rather than looking back through comments, messages, emails and texts :) I can give you an exact processing time when your order is placed, but you can expect about two weeks before shipment and longer if I have to order fabric.

PAYMENT
Please provide payment when finalizing your order - no exceptions. I accept paypal, check or debit/credit card (also cash if you are able to get that to me!). This is for both ready to ship items AND custom orders. For custom orders, I will not order or purchase fabric until payment has gone through. Because this is my job and how I contribute financially to my family, I have to make sure I am not spending money that I do not have on fabric, for orders that may or may not be paid for eventually. If you are concerned about prepayment for a product, I suggest you use paypal as they have great consumer protection :).

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
If I made an error in sizing or fabric selection, I will gladly fix it at no charge. I will also alter items that I made at no charge. Otherwise, all sales are final.
