Hanover Yoga is a peaceful yoga studio located in Hanover, Virginia offering yoga, meditation, and essential oils classes and workshops. The studio offers a range of beginner-level Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa yoga classes and workshops. We aim to make yoga accessible for all body types in a relaxing, safe environment, and offer the practice of yoga and the gift of essential oils to promote a healthy lifestyle.
