Happy & Homemade

I bake items from my home under the MN cottage food laws. I sell them locally at the UMD Farmers Market on Tuesday's from 1-4. I also do local community events, so please check out my Facebook page to see where I will be! I take orders if time allows. I prepare cookies, bars, breads, and caramel rolls. I also do many Gluten Free items. Gluten Free items are prepared in the same kitchen where I prepare food made with WHEAT. Gluten Free items are prepared with dishes/ingredients that are stored in a giant rubbermaid so that they are not contaminated with flour residue. I clean the entire kitchen (floors, buttons on stove/microwave/dishwasher, refrigerator handles, and counters ) with sanitizer before I start baking Gluten Free items. But Gluten Free items are not 100% percent guaranteed to be wheat free as wheat is present in my kitchen. I try as hard as possible to clean and use separate dishes so as to not contaminant the Gluten Free items!

Sewn Items: I sew winter lumberjack hats for infant/toddlers/children. I sell them at the Farmer's Market and Local Events. You can also buy one you see posted on Facebook and I can mail it to you!
