Happy Goat Yoga

At Happy Goat Yoga, we encourage you to come as you are. Our classes are open to all levels of practitioners and all classes incorporate mindfulness and meditation into the physical practice. We offer plenty of fluid instruction so that everyone, novice to versed, can feel comfortable attending any class with confidence. You will find that lots of options and modifications will create enough space for all to move at their own pace, setting up foundations for beginners and challenging those who are ready to test their own limits.
