Happy Hands Preschool

My name is Natalie Berg and I love to teach preschool! After graduating with my degree in Family and Human Development I worked with HeadStart preschool for 5 years. I am happily married to my husband, Justin, and we have three kids who love to keep their hands busy. (They have tried out all the new toys and I got their approval!) I taught preschool in my home when my kids were preschool age and now they are in school I want to teach again. I named the preschool Happy Hands because kids learn best with hands on, tactile experiences. For example, kids learn more about an apple when they can explore it instead of counting apples on a worksheet. They can learn colors, count the seeds, and taste a healthy snack! They learn vocabulary as they describe an apple and so much more. I believe preschool benefits children by preparing them for kindergarten both academically and socially. I focus on kindergarten readiness through fun developmentally appropriate activities. I also test on state standards and plan activities to fit the needs of your children.
