Hardbat CrossFit is an all-inclusive fitness program that delivers results across the board in strength, conditioning, weight management, and overall functional fitness.

Using the methodologies of CrossFit - constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity - Hardbat CrossFit has formulated the most innovative and effective fitness program on the market today.

Incorporating weight lifting, cardio, gymnastics, and plyometrics, daily workouts are always changing to optimize performance across broad domains of fitness. All workouts are scalable to meet the needs of each individual, so regardless of experience or fitness level CrossFit is the perfect program for anyone.

CLASS SCHEDULE:
Monday-Thursday: 6:00am, 12noon,1pm-4pm Open Gym 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Friday: 6:00am, 12noon, 1-4pm Open Gym 4:30pm, 5:30pm
Saturday: 10am
Sunday: 10am-12pm Open Gym
