Harmony Yoga Studio

Harmony Yoga Studio is a Kripalu based yoga practice. Kripalu means giver of compassion so come practice in this light airy space and be compassionate with yourself. Meet yourself where you are at. Harmony Yoga offers Five Elements/Chakra Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Dance, Gentle, Beginner and Moderate Classes as well as one on one sessions. All classes taught by Carol Shwidock, Occupational Therapists for 25 years, Yoga Therapist, Reiki Master. We specialize in beginners and we don't do pretzel poses!
