Senior Pastor Levi and Lady Felicia Rozier are the Founders and Senior Pastors of Harvest Builders Worship Center, “HBWC.” They have committed their lives to serving and building people regardless of race, background and economic status. They have established themselves as respectable spiritual leaders, philanthropists, and for having a heart for people in our community.
