Harvest House

In 1993 Gary & Linda Tatu sold their home and business and purchased a derelict church on Seneca St. in South Buffalo. They moved into the church and set to work fulfilling their call to service. Over time (with the help of volunteers, community partners and a small staff of eight), Harvest House has established itself as a pillar in the community.

Today our original Seneca St. location hosts groups for retreats and other community initiatives and events. Our 175 Jefferson Ave Ministry Center helps needy families clothe and care for their children, houses the city's largest completely free medical and dental center for the uninsured and under-insured, and gives adults the chance to gain the skills they need to find and hold a job with a family-sustaining wage through our 26 certificate programs.
