Hatsuki Japanese Restaurant

Around 1965, m parents Tsunetake and Michiko Murata got married, moved to Tokyo and opened a little restaurant called " Kagoshima " their home town cooking. From there they went to Bogota Colombia in 1977 and came to Lancaster Ca to open a Japanese restaurant in 1980. And yes I went every where with my family. Now they both gone but I like to keep sharing my family home cooking and all the sauce that my mother made for this restaurant is fresh made and healthy. She was a diabetic, so she made these teriyaki sauce with vegetable based, less salt and sugar to also enjoy the natural taste of the meat or chicken. Salad dressing has no sugar added, and no MSG, all natural as possible. Kind of like going back to old fashion that we seems to forget to follow. I would like customers to feel like just walk into a Japanese home, enjoys nice clam atmosphere where you can escape from this busy world and relax and have good food. Have a good conversations just like a meal time at home. We have sushi, sukiyaki and vegetarian dishes and I added some my own new touch. Some of the dishes do take time so call in order, when you in a rush or order to go. I hope you can find this a good place to visit.
