Returns/Exchanges for "Shipping"
All items accepted within 10 days of purchase (in state customers) & 14 days of purchase (out of state customers) with tag & receipt must be in original condition for exchange or merchandise credit only. No exchanges/ credit will be given without proof of purchase - must have receipt. All clearance, earrings & seasonal items are final sale. Please note that if your package is not received by the 10 or 14 day deadline, it will be rejected & returned to you at your expense. Once items are received and evaluated to make certain they meet our return policy, we have 24 hours to process the return. We will then send out a gift credit for the returned merchandise.
