Haute Yoga is new hatha yoga system in a specially designed studio with climate control. Our studio offers state of the art climate control, with constant oxgenation of the room and humidity control. Our system monitors the level of CO2 in the room and ensures that oxygen is constantly distributed throughout the studio. The classes are specifically designed to work every muscle, bone, joint, ligament, tendon, gland & organ in the body. We offer a VARIETY of classes and class lengths to challenge your body while fitting into your hectic schedule. We welcome new students to practice along with our most seasoned yogi's as we blend the old with the new. While improving strength, balance & flexibility, you will reshape & heal your body as well as relieve stress & tension. Additional benefits include the prevention of illness, injury and the limiting effects of aging. Students of all levels and ages will benefit from this new system, where we can change and create systems specifically for you to improve your health and vitality. We are going above and beyond to bring you the hautest yoga of the future.

First time students please arrive 10-15 minutes early to be fully present
The room is heated, allowing for deeper and safer stretching. Heat heals and prevents injury while sweating aids in flushing toxins from the body.
Come with an empty stomach and an open heart.
Bring a bath towel, hand towel, bottled water and a mat (available for rent or purchase in our boutique).
