Hawley is a city in Jones County, Texas, United States. The population was 634 at the 2010 census. Named for the United States Congressman Robert B. Hawley, it is part of the Abilene, Texas Metropolitan Statistical Area.GeographyHawley is located at .According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 2.9sqmi, all of it land.DemographicsAs of the census of 2000, there were 646 people, 239 households, and 184 families residing in the city.
