Tearout of any old flooring (virtually dust free service).

baseboards, re-install or provide new baseboards..painted and caulked for a custom finish.

Sub-floor, to concrete, repair subfloor (if needed)if needed before installation.

Need just a simple repair, carpet re-stretched, no problem~

I take the worry out of the remodel, want to leave town and come home to a completely new home? no problem, I provide a cleaning service at the end of a custom remodel just ask for it!
