Description of Reflexology courses offered: These courses will introduce Reflexology sequences to add to a hand and foot massage routine or to stand alone as a Reflexology routine. The sequences will include techniques for the Head, Neck and Sinus, Spine and Back, Colon and Digestive Tract, Knee and Joints, Anxiety and Stress and the Immune System using Reflexology. Students will learn the history of Reflexology, how reflexology works, foot and hand reflexology maps, the benefits of reflexology, success stories using reflexology, self- help and relaxation tools in reflexology, preparing the hands and feet for a reflexology session, hand and tool techniques in Reflexology, a hand and foot application for each reflexology sequence offered, guidance for taking care of self and clients hands and feet and be learn to give and receive a hand and foot reflexology session. Course treatments will be on uncovered hands and feet using colorful diagrams and one on one lab instruction.
