Erin has worked in a variety of settings including residential programs for mentally ill adults, Independent Living centers, Psychiatric units at the hospital, and currently works at the local Community Service Board.

Erin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the College of Wooster in 1994. A Masters in Theology from Fuller Seminary in 2005. And a Marriage and Family Therapy degree from Louisville Seminary in 2008. She earned her license in marriage and family therapy in January of 2016.
