The Health and Harmony programs offer a variety of classes with a singular mission- to nourish your spiritual self to bring you inner peace, and to fortify your mind and body to enable a longer, healthier, more fulfilling life. Some of the current classes include:
• Introduction to meditation series, Level 1 Hatha yoga, Mixed Level Vinyasa flow yoga, Tabata Boot Camp (High intensity interval training), Guided Meditation, Coping With Loss workshop, Weekly meditation group.
