Healthworks offers a full range of nutrition programs along with healthy lifestyle events throughout the week. Nutritional offerings include: 1 on 1 Wellness Evaluations and Body Composition Scanning, Daily Diet Analysis and Meal Planning for Weight Loss as well as for the 24 hour Athlete.

We utilize a food first philosophy combined with customized supplements and healthy meal smoothies as well as Pre, During and Post workout programs. All are BSCG certified.

Healthy Lifestyle events include our 24 FIT Camp workouts, 4 week Fit Challenges where we assess and monitor your physical abilities and improvements based on your own level of fitness and coming soon, 90 minute combo program consisting of a 30 min FIT class followed by nutrition training to help you achieve your Best Shape Ever!
