WHAT ARE OUR SERVICES?

Through frequent home visits, our family home visitors can provide information on:

* Pregnancy, postpartum, and infant care
* Benefits and support for breastfeeding
*Diet, nutrition, and exercise
*Recognizing and caring for your baby's needs
*What to expect as your baby grows
*Making toys, baby books, et cetera.
*Developmental Screenings
*Assist with problem-solving
*Assist in linking to other community resources
*Ways to continue your education
*Assist you with setting and working on goals that you fell are important for your family

GETTING STARTED

* Families must live in either Gage County or Jefferson County

* Families must be expecting a baby or have an infant less than 4 months old

* A home visitor will contact you to schedule an appointment for a visit to see if you are eligible for the program
