We are a health food store and produce stand, yoga studio, wellness center, and it is our honor to be a community hub for education and empowerment using natural medicines and alternative healing methods. We offer Massage Therapy, Holistic Skin Care, and Mind~Body`Spirit Healing, including Family and Individual Counseling, Shamanic Soul Retrieval, Reiki and more. Our wellness center, From the Heart Healing Arts, features a Mini-Spa with Infrared Sauna, Holistic Esthetician Services, and Massage and Energy Healing Treatment rooms.
