Healthy U Fitness Center

The Healthy U Fitness Center, located on the downtown campus of Orlando Health, is designed to help you meet your health and fitness goals. Hospital employees and all community members are welcome to join.

The Fitness Center provides its members with unlimited access to cardiovascular and strength equipment,offers over 25 group fitness classes a week, shower facilities, and complimentary towel service.

Group fitness classes include Yoga, Zumba®, Cycling, Low impact Cardio, Total Body Challenge and more.

Each member receives two complimentary sessions with a degreed exercise specialist who creates an exercise prescription designed
specifically for each individual and their needs.

The Fitness Center offers opportunities in personal training, massage therapy, BOD POD® body composition analysis, fitness evaluations, and special programming that may include
nutritional counseling from a registered dietitian.
