Ok folks! Here it is. Recently, I complained on facebook about the absolutely horrible pain I suffer every morning with my feet. Throughout the day they are just sore, but every morning, I practically have to hobble to the bathroom. I do not work out in the sense of going to a gym, but I'm a very active person. I walk and bike for exercise. I have had jobs that required me to stand on my feet for long periods of time and it wreaked havoc on not only my feet but my lower back.

So, while you are using either, your feet are getting the constant support and therapy they need in the right pressure points of your feet.
