Equipment includes 22 Ft boxing ring, 30 Ft prograde cage, punching bags, wrestling and grappling mats, machine and free weights, treadmills and ellipticals and much more! Classes include mixed martial arts classes for beginners and advanced, boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, grappling, tae kwon do, cardio, self-defense, and more!
