Heart-The Art of Healing is a place of healing through the use of Expressive Art. It's where Psychology/Counseling and Art come together to create an avenue of healing that is both fun and inspiring. The owner, Angela Stillwell, is a Licensed Professional Counselor, who has 18 years experience in Psychology/Counseling and 30 years experience in the Arts and Education. Through her years of experience she has learned how psychology and art can be combined to provide not only a higher success rate in treatment of mental health disorders but can also be very beneficial in increasing well-being and overall happiness in life.

Expressive Art Workshops are designed so that anyone can reconnect to their intuition through spontaneous and expressive art, allowing the ability to find creativity which empowers and brings healing and growth.

You don’t have to be an artist to do expressive art. It’s about allowing ourselves to express. Every human has an innate desire to create and express one’s self. It helps us define who we are and allows us to explore, grow and heal from within. However, we are not often encouraged to express ourselves and we are left feeling lost and not knowing who we really are. It is through expressive art that you can begin to find your unique self, heal old wounds, and express your wholeness.
