Hearts In Hands Community Center is a faith based non-denominational, not for profit association whose mission is to provide: Educational, Physical and Spiritual support programs for those in need. As a community based charitable organization, we are devoted to serving the people of Chester and Montgomery Counties. We strove to empower local residents to effect positive change in their lives.
