Heather Auxt-Snelson, Reiki Master/teacher

Hello, and thank you for visiting my page! I have been practicing Reiki for 15 years, and I also have my degree in psychology and work as a behavioral specialist with adults who have intellectual disabilities.
What is a Reiki session like? A Reiki session typically lasts one hour and is done fully clothed. Most people describe it as very relaxing, and the Reiki energy, which is channeled through the practitioner to the client, works to trigger the body's natural healing abilities to reduce stress and anxiety, promote sleep and balance the body, mind and spirit.
One hour Reiki sessions are $65, and I also teach Reiki classes as well. Each level (Reiki I, II and Master/teacher) is learned in a one day class.
