Heavenly Acres Farm

We started this journey in 2006 when we purchased a small piece of farmland just outside Seattle, WA in the Auburn/Enumclaw area. Over the years we spent a lot of time developing and grooming what is now a beautiful, fenced pasture for raising grass-fed beef and honey.

Heavenly Acres Farm is home to Holy Cows and Heavenly Honey! We are beekeepers and raise premium grass-fed Herefords.

We like to make our readers familiar with and bring them closer to the process of growing, processing and preparing grass fed beef and honey. We are genuinely interested in assisting you become an informed food buyer in any way we can, whether you buy from us or elsewhere. Our desire at Heavenly Acres Farm is to serve as an accessible link so you are more knowledgeable about the food you eat and serve others. We want to be a resource for you. A place to get answers to your questions and we want you to have intimate knowledge about our product, especially if you choose to serve it at your table. To that end we encourage questions and visits to the farm. We want you know what goes into the quality product we are providing and be assured that you are spending your food dollars wisely.

The Lord is leading us to do something quite different with this little chunk of paradise as we continue to grow the farm. In addition to building Heavenly Acres Farm a brick at a time, we have started growing a ministry in the same way, and God is blessing it. What at first was a nudge, has now become a shove. We want to continue working with youth as we have in the past and it has been heavy on our hearts to start bringing kids, particularly inner-city kids, to Heavenly Acres Farm. The vision is to provide a safe, peaceful place where children and teens are transformed by God’s love and His creation. For some, it will be their first opportunity to see how the hamburger they eat is raised and where their milk comes (there’s a dairy tour around the corner, we’re raise eatin’ cows not the dairy variety). We want Heavenly Acre Farms to be a place where people seek refuge in God’s love and we want it to be available to other faith based ministries as well as kids in juvenile detention giving them a work release option as opposed to incarceration.

We have a lot to dream and pray about including additions to the farm like an orchard, a greenhouse, chickens, goats, and a showcase garden area. We are praying that other youth ministries see Heavenly Acres Farm as a place to share God's creation with young people and we openly invite any interest in using our farm for this purpose and agri-tours of the surrounding area.
