Sports Performance Summer Boot Camps
- Open boot camp is for any and all student athletes seeking to improve their speed, stamina, footwork and core during the off season. Each Camp session is 1 hour.
Sports Performance Personal Training 12 Week Program (High School and College Athletes)
- 12 week personalized program to enhance speed, explosive power, strength (size), conditioning, flexibility and injury reduction. This program is 3 days a week and each session is 1 hour.
Youth Sports Performance 12 Week Program (Middle School Athletes)
- 12 week program that focuses on proper lifting form, agility, explosive power, and injury reduction. This program is 2 days a week and each session is 1 hour.
Adult 12 Week Programs
- 12 week personalized program that focuses on core, strength, conditioning, flexibility, and whole body.
