Helland Park

The Helland Park Community Committee is working to establish a natural park on land donated to Junction City, KS by long-time residents Elmer and Annetta Helland. During their past residency on this land the Hellands welcomed local community members, especially youth, to explore and sled on the property. It is our desire to re-establish this legacy in honor of the Helland family. The maintenance of Helland Park is solely a community effort and does not rely on tax dollars from individuals.
