The HPD does not discriminate against commenters’ viewpoints, but reserves the right to remove comments that do not adhere to the following Comment Guidelines and policies:
• Comments that contain abusive, vulgar, obscene, threatening or harassing language, that target or attack specific individuals or groups.
• Comments that are clearly off-topic, links to other websites or spam, promote services or products, or promote or oppose any political party, person campaigning for elected office, or any ballot proposition.
• Comments containing private personally identifiable information such as social security numbers, addresses, and telephone numbers.
• Comments from users under thirteen (13) years of age.

Enforcement of Comment Guidelines: In addition to comments being removed which do not adhere to these standards, individuals who continue to violate these Comment Guidelines, after being notified of such violations, may be blocked or banned from this Page.
