Henderson Psychological Services consists of licensed and experienced therapists, who strive to provide a welcoming and accepting environment for all clients. Various therapeutic approaches are utilized such as cognitive-behavioral, systemic, humanistic and solution-focused such that treatment is individually tailored according to each client's needs. Thus, HPS therapists utilize a holistic approach, taking into consideration a clients history, current situation, family influences, environment and interpersonal relationships. HPS therapists work to create a safe, non-judgmental environment for clients to share their thoughts, feelings, hopes, fears, successes and failures. Treatment is considered a team effort between the client, therapist and other community partners such as physicians, schools, hospitals and/or other agencies.
