I have to inform you about my Disclaimers so you can't sue me.

I do not sell knives to anyone less than 18 years of age, I do not assume any responsibility for any injury or death that may result from the use of my knives.
You need to know the laws of your state regarding knife ownership restrictions.
I am not responsible for the way you use the knives I sell you. Keep out of reach of children, my knives are sharp. I do not do returns unless I am contacted and say otherwise, the steal I use is not stainless, and can rust if not oiled. If you break or damage a knife I sold you, that is your fault and I will not refund, fix, or replace the knife, my knives are a form of art work and are made to be used.
I can cancel any order at any time. I can require full payment upon you placing an order. I do require 50% of payment on Custom Orders.
The knives can take a long time to make, I go by Work Orders and they are numbered per order and done in sequence. I do this in my spare time, so you will most likely not be receiving your order in under a month.
My knives come with sheaths; you must specify what type of material the sheath is to be.
If your order is damaged in the mail or appears to be damaged contact me the day you receive the order in the mail, if I am not contacted the same day the order was received I am not responsible for compensation or fixing the purchased item or items, because you could have misused the item and I do not cover misuse or neglect.
Make sure you clean the knife before using it on anything consumable, the knives are not clean enough for food processing when you receive them.
My disclaimers can change at any time without notifying you, it is your responsibility to stay up to date on my disclaimers. If you have any problems contact me, I will try to fix the problem. I have to put the disclaimers on the page for my legal safety; I will try to work with you if you have any problems.
