Hey Diddle Diddle Catering is about excellence. It started with a dream and has expanded into a full service catering company lead by founder Michelle Devaney.

Hey Diddle Diddle Catering developed as a result of her love of cooking and the many requests by locals to expand her catering to events off site from her two main venues, Longhorn Cavern State Park and Vanishing Texas River Cruise.

Michelle's greatest interest at this juncture in her life is to create experiences for people that go above and beyond their expectations.


Helping Hand
Lending a helping hand in coordinating and decorating is Pamela (Pam) Plant. Pamela has been working with Michelle for 8 years at both Longhorn Cavern State Park and Vanishing Texas River Cruise.

Pamela works with couples from their first meeting through their Wedding and Reception. She offers assistance and kind advice to brides, helping them keep calm while preparing for their exciting wedding day. To Pamela, there is no such thing as a "silly question" or "too many questions". All questions are important when it comes to assisting a couple for their Wedding Day. Pamela is known for helping create that special day "just like the couple dreams it can be" AND doing "a little something special" for the couple. It might be a special poem she has written just for them or a ribbon wrapped dog treat for the couples "ring bearer" next to their places at the head table. It's her way of saying...."Congratulations".

Pamela Plant is a Professional Crafter with a very active imagination. During her entire life she has shown creative talent through her drawings, paintings, writings and crafts. She has proven many times over her ability to create things of beauty. Pamela has been professionally crafting since 1985 and has worked with a variety of mediums.
