Martial Arts instruction in two separate martial arts with classes 5 days a week.
American Karate/Tae Kwon Do (TKD) for young children through adults. American Karate/TKD is an eclectic art that uses the traditional ITF TKD forms (patterns) as a base system and incorporates techniques and concepts from other martial systems to enhance the students learning experience.
Modern Arnis ( a martial art system from the Philippines) includes instruction in double baston, single baston, stick and knife, knife and empty hand techniques. This class blends Grandmaster Ernesto Presas' Kombatan Arnis and "The Professor" Remy Presas' Modern Arnis together into a single, complete self defense system. This course is not taught as an add-on class to the American Karate/TKD program but as a complete art unto itself.
Master Lynn also teaches Kobudo based on the traditional weapons from Okinawa/Japan. This class is for the advanced American Karate/TKD students as well as the Modern Arnis students. Due to his training in the FMAs he blends the weapon concepts from the FMAs and applies them to the Okinawan weapons as well.
