In keeping our practice of investing only in properties which we feel can become singular living experiences for our residents, Wolf Real Estate Management acquired Highlands at Olde Raleigh in February 2008. Since that time we have modernized and upgraded each unit, and redeveloped and re-landscaped the property.

Highlands at Olde Raleigh is spacious, not shoulder-to-shoulder like so many other communities. We are a non-smoking community, in a charming wooded setting that offers a peaceful respite from the pressures of life; so much so that it is easy to forget that you're just an easy drive from downtown Raleigh.
