Founded by Tyler Hill of Lansing, MI in 2017. Hill Services LLC seeks to take care of all of your property management needs. If we cant get the job done for you, we know someone who can. Also, we offer equipment rental so you can complete your projects at your own pace. We can deliver and pickup the equipment as well. We can do most estimates over the phone, if not, we provide a free in-person estimate.

Compact Track Machine that will get through rugged terrain and soft-land/wet-land.
A powerful machine that can get a good amount of work done at a fast rate of speed.

We move dirt, brush, rocks and just about anything that can fit inside a 72" bucket. We've done property, pond and storm clean up, post holes, grading driveways, leveling land/arenas, plowing small fields, tilling gardens and building dirtbike/RC tracks.

*If you are interested in track building, additional information is needed before an estimate can be given.

We work all over the lower peninsula of Michigan. Depending on machine and amount of additional labor, jobs vary in price. We will quote per the hour on bigger jobs. I can give you approximate cost and time of project. Travel fees are $2.00 a mile after 25 miles. (based out of Lansing if you want to calculate the cost for me to get to the location)

If you are interested in renting the skid steer to do the work yourself, the rates are as follows:
$400.00/day (8 hours of operation)
$600.00/weekend (10 hours of operation)
$1000.00/week (20 hours of operation)
*operating hours are tracked by an hour meter
*$400 deposit up front when rental agreement is turned in.
