">Hillbilly's Country Fixin's is just a down home, laid back little cafe located inside the Liberty Shell Mart. We use fresh food and patty out our own hamburgers from lean ground beef. We carry a variety of soups, including chili, chicken 'n dumplings, veggie & potato. Plus the all time favorite Soup Beans & Cornbread!!

We have daily specials at a fantastic price! Some of the selected specials are Meatloaf, Salisbury Steak, Pork Pot Roast, Taco Salad & Baked Spaghetti! We will be adding things like Stuffed Peppers, Country Fried Steak ~ with Gravy!

Don't forget us at breakfast. We have a variety of biscuits, breakfast platters and the good ol' southern biscuits & gravy. As a treat, we will have Chocolate Gravy available on Mondays ~ Wednesdays ~ Saturdays!

Speakin' of Saturdays...bring in the youngin's and they can eat free with the purchase of an adult meal!

As for you truck drivers...Shell Mart has a diesel isle...come fill up the truck and your bellys all at the same time!
