We're helping kids become more self-confident and physically fit; to never give up as they overcome challenges and disappointments; and that hard work and effort helps achieve goals.

Excellent workout for teens and adults (great program for the parents of our junior students). Activities within each workout adaptable to the novice as well as the serious martial arts student.

While we hope to never need it our staff instructors are Concussion training certified.
