Hill's Harvest

Open July 1st to October 31. Our goal is to bring the taste of fresh fruits and vegetables to your table from our farm.

In the summer of 2004, Hill's Harvest opened in the Thornton area where neighbors could finally enjoy the goodness of fresh vegetables. Fruits native to Colorado; peaches, apple varieties, cherries, pears, and apricots are trucked in from the Western Slope each week to allow the freshness of the harvest.

The last week of July or first week of August we start selling and roasting Chili peppers, the Pumpkins will be available in September.
