Hillside Church of Bloomington

Hillside Church is a multi-generational congregation with a strong emphasis on prayer. Our vision: "To be a house of prayer for all people who are reconciled to God and to each other as fully devoted followers of Christ." We support regional, national and international prayer initiatives—and play key leadership roles in organizing such events.

Our services are live streamed on the Internet at 9:15 and 11:00 AM (http://www.ustream.tv/channel/hillsidechurch). Our senior teaching pastor, Dr. Bob Bakke, is also broadcast weekly on Praise FM radio.

We value being a church “of” small groups rather than simply one “with” small groups. We enjoy collaboration with several other churches in Bloomington through an outreach called “CityServe.”
