www.boxfitspokane.com What is BoxFit? It is the 5 year brain child of Chauncy Welliver and his team. BoxFit is a bright, shiny, modern and inviting 6300 sq ft gym that appeals to the general public as well as to the professional fighter.

Highlights of the gym include an intense circuit style boxing work out (that is updated often), group classes, private one on one training (in our 650 sq ft private training studio) and a 2300 sq ft space dedicated to building "explosive power and agility" (this entire space is covered in a padded "artificial turf" for maximum results).

Chauncy and his team want to make 2013 the best year yet for your fitness goals and join us. $99 one-time registration fee. $39 a month for a 2x a week membership. $55 for unlimited use. Hours of operation are 9am-1pm & open again from 3pm-9pm Mondays through Friday. Saturdays 10am-4pm. Sundays 1-3pm.
