Hilton Garden Inn Valley Forge/Oaks

Hilton Garden Inn® the award-winning brand of upscale, yet affordable, hotels, has begun development of a 135-room Hilton Garden Inn Oaks, PA representing an addition to the brand’s growing global portfolio of nearly 500 hotels. Opening is scheduled for October 2012.

The Hilton Garden Inn Valley Forge/ Oaks is owned by an affiliate of Audubon Land Development of Norristown, PA and managed by Synergy Hospitality of Wayne, PA. “The Hilton Garden Inn, Valley Forge/ Oaks is located within walking distance of the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center At Oaks, one of the largest suburban exhibition centers on the east coast with about 230,000 square feet of exhibition space on a single floor. It’s also in close proximity to a number of corporations and businesses, like SEI and Pfizer, Inc.,” notes Stephen Field, President of Synergy Hospitality.

This is the second hotel the Audubon and Synergy team has brought to the suburban Philadelphia market. The award winning Homewood Suites Valley Forge, opened in 2005, has consistently received several accolades and has set expectations for the new Hilton Garden Inn property to exceed. It is the intention of Audubon and Synergy to replicate the high level of service to hotel guests and travelers at the Valley Forge/Oaks project while offering more variety. The planned hotel amenities include a complimentary shuttle service within 5-mile radius , onsite restaurant and bar, all-season swimming pool, flexible meeting space, and a state of the art fitness facility.

The Hilton Garden Inn Valley Forge/ Oaks will provide the amenities to ensure guests sleep deep, stay fit, eat well, work smart and treat themselves while on the road. Additional hotel amenities include: a comfortable lounge area with a television and fireplace; an easy-to-set alarm clock that allows guests to play their portable CD or MP3 player; an in-room “hospitality center” with a mini fridge, microwave oven and coffee maker; a sitting area with an easy chair and ottoman; a hairdryer; and an iron and ironing board. The hotel also features 3,500 square feet of flexible space and an on-site guest laundry facility.
