Markesha Blackman has been a dance instructor for over 5 years teaching dancers of all ages. After having a child and trying to get back into shape Markesha became discouraged with the normal
work out routines. she felt like results were not coming fast enough and it was just too boring to her.. She began dancing and to her amazement the weight just started falling off. Markesha Decided that she would love to help other women like her self.
