� Humorous Hoop Dance Fitness Classes, Private Lessons, Coaching, Events, Performing, plus Ready Made and Custom Pro Dance Hoops.

Hip The Hoopla is all about humorously hooping you healthy and happy! All levels are welcome from beginner to pro!

� What: Hip the Hoopla hoop dance fitness classes (Hula hoops-like when you were a kid--now adult sized--bigger and easier to use)

� Where: Online and in person in Lakewood, Colorado

**Drop-ins are welcome if spaces are available.
~There is a 24 hour cancellation policy to allow each space to be filled. Canceling within the 24 hours of class, you will be charged for class.~

$15 Pre-Registration-Online or MindBody App
$20 Drop-In (if class space is available)
$65-5 Class pass (good for 3 months)
$120-10 Class pass (good for 6 months)
$75 Monthly Unlimited (good for 30 days from purchase)

Hip The Hoopla Private Lessons and coaching are great for focusing on individual needs, hoop skills, flexibility, choreography, performance preparation, critique, improvement, esteem building, motivation & reaching health goals. Available at $60/hour (travel or space rental fees if on-site are additional). Price discounts with more people for special group sessions, workshops, meetings, events and team building.

� Bring/Do/Wear: Water & yoga mat, stretchy snug clothing-the hoop loves sticking to skin & stays up better! Bring your own (hula) hoop*, purchase one of Hip The Hoopla's ready-made or custom hand-crafted professional hoops. Call us for a complimentary hoop consultation �

� *Locally hand crafted professional hoops available--ready made and custom orders. A complimentary hoop consultation is included with all custom orders--no extra charge. Ready made, custom, twins, multis, collapsible convertibles, polypro, HDPE, or PE (black tubing), with a variety of tape options, and even some LED hoops, available too!
