HipHendo started in 2010 as a Facebook Community and a Blog on Blogger. Now expanding into a more comprehensive online community, the goal of HipHendo is to keep Henderson County residents "in the know" of the hip things that happen in Hendo!Henderson County, NC

"If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all".

Sure, sometimes not so hip things happen. Not cool. We feel ya, but if you have an issue with a business in Henderson County, please contact them directly. HipHendo is not the place for this.

This does not mean that open discussion can not occur on HipHendo, just that negative comments, especially those that are mean or downright disrespectful, are not in-line with the HipHendo ideal.

CONSTRUCTIVE criticism is fine and can be helpful to local businesses. A comment like "I wish they carried more vegetarian options" is fine. A comment like "All they have are disgusting plates of meat" is NOT fine. See the difference?
