Steven and Kim Francis love Jesus because they found out He loved them first. And most. They are thankful He put them together to glorify Him through their lives. They live at the top of the Texas Panhandle in Perryton and enjoy doing life simply, at a slow pace.

In the early 2000s, while Kim was still teaching high school math, her life was changed. She had believed in Christ at the age of nine but didn't realize she became a brand new person at that time. She believed He loved her in a general, God-so-loved-the-world kind of way but, but rarely experienced His up-close-and-personal love for her alone. She consistently felt that she fell way short in the deserving department. Then she found out the Christian life has nothing to do with deserving and everything to do with grace. Through a conference at her home church called Freedom in Christ, God began to show her that she wasn't a "sinner saved by grace" but a "saint who sometimes sins." Even though she doesn't want to. Yeah, one of the greatest revelations she had was realizing she no longer had a Jeremiah 17:9 heart, a deceitful and desperately wicked heart that wanted to sin. It's a shame well-known Bible teachers are still teaching this about the believer's heart. Because people live out who they believe they are.

That conference was just the beginning of the exhilarating freedom and joy she began to experience as a result of believing Jesus' words about her. And now all she wants to do is point other believers to the intimacy they can enjoy with Him through realizing their holy, blameless, and righteous identity in Him.
