Historic Lilly House - Wilshire Square

This modest Spanish Colonial Revival home located in the Wilshire Square Neighborhood of Santa Ana, California, was built in 1930. The first occupants were Thomas and Katherine Lilly. She was a housewife and he was a cashier at the nearby 'Holly Sugar Factory'.
With exception to a replaced hardwood floor in most of the home, all of the original doors and windows along with other architectural jewelry such as lighting and bathroom fixtures have survived. There have been at least 15 known owners since the Lilly's called it home. The present owners, Anthony Reichardt and Carlos Ramirez, have lived in the home since 1994, longer than any of the former owners.
