The History Museum of Mobile is a visual masterpiece that provides an unparalleled museum experience. Housed in the Southern Market/Old City Hall National Historic Landmark, our collection boasts more than 90,000 artifacts related to Mobile history, and many are on display in our exhibits. See real pieces of history, like an actual cannon from the Civil War raider ship CSS Alabama, or a baseball signed by Mobile legend Henry "Hank" Aaron.
